Enrolling is easy, but you’ll need to have some information ready before you start.
If you have a BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee health plan, you’ll register as a member. If you’re enrolling in your employer's BlueCross health plan online, you’ll need your special Group Number and Group Key (you can get this from your employer) to register.
Have questions about benefits or need to check if a claim has been paid? BlueAccess is here for you! You can also monitor your balances, see a copy of your Member ID card and view or print an Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
If you’re an employer with a BlueCross health plan, you’ll need to request a personal identification number (PIN) from us so you can register. Then, you can use BlueAccess to enroll new employees in your plan, remove employees or make changes to their information, and view or print bills.
While BlueAccess for providers is still available, Availity will replace BlueAccess March 2, 2018. Go to Availity.com to register. For now, you can access e-Health, FEP, Membership Rosters and more from either portal. If you’re a provider, you can register for BlueAccess using your BlueCross provider number.
