If you have health insurance through your employer which will continue after January 1, 2014, you don’t need to worry about buying coverage on the Marketplace.
If your health insurance is through a plan you buy yourself, you may have other health care choices. Depending on your income, you may qualify for the new tax credit or other assistance to help pay some of your health insurance costs.
This is an estimate for a 2014 plan and does not include any cost savings you may be eligible for from the federal government. Your actual rate will depend on information entered in your application for coverage.
