Enhancements in Service and Claims Underway

The shift to consumerism in the health insurance industry means new challenges for how BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee interacts with you, your employees and health care providers. The company is taking steps to make sure that it continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers in the consumer-driven marketplace. Central to these efforts is the creation of a dedicated Member Service Organization (MSO) within the Member Benefits Administration division and a dedicated Provider Service Organization (PSO).
