See the New Design for Member ID Cards

Members will soon receive new member ID cards with a cleaner, more streamlined look – a design that brings consistency to ID cards used by all Blue Plans across the country. With modifications depending on the line of business and product, the standard ID card template features a new design that makes it easier for members and providers to locate the important information they need.

All members will receive new ID cards. The new cards will be phased in with the goal to re-issue all cards with the new layout by December 2010. New members will automatically receive an ID card with the new layout.

Examples of the new cards are illustrated below.
