Data-Driven Solutions: Our Informatics at Work

We analyze data to understand what drives an individual’s health costs and lifestyle needs. Based on that information, we deliver relevant messages that can drive cost-saving behaviors. For example, when a 55-year-old woman misses her yearly mammogram, we use our lifestyle data to ensure the message we send “speaks” to her and encourages her to act. The result? She gets the health screening she needs—and possibly catches a problem before it becomes a serious, costly health crisis.
