New Monthly Claims Statements
Starting in October 2009, your employees who receive mailed explanations of benefits (EOBs) from BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee will instead receive a Monthly Claims Statement when they have a claim paid on their behalf. The new statement engages your employees in their health care by making benefits easy to understand, and at the same time, improves the environment by cutting paper waste and saving trees.

You can use the newsletter article, poster and table tents below to educate your employees on their new statement. The article can be used in your company newsletter, emails or electronic messaging. The poster and table tent can be printed on 8-1/2” x 11” paper and placed in break rooms or other locations where employees gather.
