Health and wellness programs help better engage members in their personal health by providing them with the tools necessary to track their own health statistics and learn how to make healthy lifestyle choices - including proper diet and exercise.

  • 24/7 Nurseline (optional for ASO groups) - our 24-hour, toll-free Nurseline is staffed by a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) who help gauge the seriousness of a potential illness or injury so that the most appropriate medical attention can be received in a timely manner.
  • Personal Health Manager - enables members to collect all of their personal health information in one convenient Personal Health Record on BCBST.com. There's a Health Risk Assessment that enables members to evaluate their current health condition and lifestyle choices. There are also plenty of tools, quizzes and news to help members learn more about health topics.
