• Routine wellness examinations for adults and children (subject to an office visit copay of $20.00)
• Immunizations
• Preventive and well care screenings

Exclusions are those wellness services not recommended by the guidelines of the U.S. Task Force on Preventive Care and the medical policy of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
