Perfect health benefits coverage if you're self-employed, recently divorced, taking early retirement or work for a company that doesn't offer health insurance.
Consider these four easy steps and choose the plan that's right for you.
Step 1: Choose a network.
PremierBlue plans enable you to maximize your benefits by choosing doctors, hospitals and other contracted providers from two comprehensive statewide provider networks: Blue Network P and Blue Network S. Please note that since there are fewer providers and facilities in Blue Network S, members in some areas may have to travel greater distances to receive in-network care. Before deciding which network option is best for you, please be sure your providers are in the network you choose by using the "Find A Doctor" tool.
