½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
4 avocados, peeled and pitted
½ cup unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Melt chocolate chips until smooth. Allow to cool for approximately 3 minutes.
Once cooled, place the melted chocolate and remaining ingredients (with exception of fresh raspberries) in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
