The BluePerks discount program is not a pre-paid plan or insurance.
BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has arranged to make these savings available to you, but makes no warrant y to you concerning the quality of products and services offered or received. Participating businesses, practitioners and physicians are solely responsible for providing products and services, and the quality of the products and services. You are solely responsible for payment for the products and services you receive.
Members of Tennessee Rural Health plans (TRH or Farm Bureau), the Federal Employee Program, BlueCare and TennCareSelect are not eligible for BluePerks.
Using Your BluePerks is Easy
BluePerks discounts make it easy for you to make healthy lifestyle choices that can complement your prescribed health program. Just choose a product or service from the list below. When you make your purchase or visit the facility, show your BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee member ID card to receive instant discounts of up to 50 percent.

About BluePerks
Your BluePerks discounts are offered through an arrangement with discount service providers such as American WholeHealth Networks, Davis Vision, TruVision, Jenny Craig, and others.
