CVS Caremark Mail Service
Getting started with home delivery service from CVS Caremark is easy. FastStart® is the quick and convenient way for you to fill a new prescription without taking a trip to the doctor’s office. This service can be used for your first home delivery prescription order.
You have two options to get started:
1. Log in to Caremark.com and sign in or register if necessary
2. Click on Start a New Prescription and then click on FastStart®
3. Fill in your information
1. Call FastStart toll-free at 1-866-443-9159 * Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CT)
2. Let the representative know you wish to fill your prescription through mail service
3. Provide the representative the information on your member ID card; the names of your long-term medicines; your doctor’s name and phone number; and your payment information and mailing address

From the registration confirmation page, follow the instructions to submit your new prescription.
By phone: Call the Walgreens Customer Care Center at 1-877-380-8077 and have your insurance information ready.

Your doctor will be contacted regarding your prescription. If your doctor authorizes the prescription, your medication will be mailed to you. You will receive the medication 10 to 14 days from the time your order is received.
