A daily routine of brisk-paced walking can help you avoid serious health problems like heart disease, osteoporosis, Type 2 diabetes and conditions associated with obesity such as arthritis.
We’re all busy. It can be tough to find the time to take a long walk at the park or spend an hour at the gym. But that doesn’t mean you can’t find ways to work extra steps into your day. Get creative!
