You can access this website if you have behavioral health benefits through BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Enter the behavioral health phone number on the back of your member ID card in the Member Sign In, user name box. You can explore most areas of the site as an unregistered member, or you can set a password to fully access all areas of the site. For your protection, behavioral health member-specific information must comply with confidentiality compliance laws.
