On our website – Making a payment by debit or e-check is fast and easy by signing into your BlueAccess account from your desktop computer or your smartphone. If you don’t have an account, you can register and set up an account.
After submitting your information, you can make a one-time payment or set up automated monthly payments. To complete either option, simply select “Make Payment” and follow the steps.
By phone – Call the number on your billing statement Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (ET) or call us at 1-855-484-0282, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By mail – Send a check* for the full premium amount to the address on your billing statement. If you do not have a billing statement, please call 1-855-484-0282.
In person – If you are in Nashville, stop by our Blue of TennesseeSM center at 100 Oaks Mall.
Through the mobile app – Download the myBlue TN app to make payments with your smart phone.
*Be sure to write your Subscriber ID on your check. You can find your Subscriber ID on your billing statement, your Member ID card or within BlueAccess on the My Account / My Contact Info page.
