On our website – Make a payment by debit or e-check by signing in to your BlueAccess account from your desktop computer or your smartphone. If you don’t have an account, you can register and set one up.
To make a one-time payment or set up automated monthly payments, select Make Payment and follow the steps.
By phone – Call the number on your billing statement Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (ET) or call us at 1-855-484-0282, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By mail – Send a check* for the full premium amount to the address on your billing statement. If you do not have a billing statement, please call 1-855-484-0282.
In person – If you are in Nashville, stop by our Blue of TennesseeSM center at 100 Oaks Mall.
Through the mobile app – Download the myBlue TN app to make payments with your smart phone.
*Be sure to write your Subscriber ID on your check. Your Subscriber ID is on your billing statement, your Member ID card or within BlueAccess on the My Account/My Contact Info page.
