The State of Tennessee annual transfer period begins Oct. 15 and continues through Nov. 14, 2008. During this time, you will receive by mail:

• Your PPO Member Handbook, including the Network P provider directory
  (or your PPO-Limited Member Handbook)
• Your Preferred Drug List for 2009
• A cover letter from Benefits Administration, explaining your options.

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is pleased to continue to provide the benefits and service for the State’s PPO and PPO-Limited health plans. The PPO plan option is available for all eligible State, Local Education and Local Government employees and dependents. Local Government employees also have the PPO-Limited plan as an additional option available through BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
