Protecting your employees’ privacy is important to CoverTN. We allow access to our member’s information when we perform the following tasks:

  • Process their claim
  • Make changes to their claim
  • Talk with your employee or their doctor
  • Review due to the threat of fraud
  • Criminal activity has occurred

CoverTN has safeguards in place to follow State and Federal regulations. By complying with Federal regulations we are able to protect your employees’ non-public personal information.
