Review your Monthly Statement of Account from CoverTN for accuracy and woman on phonemake changes in a timely manner.

Besides the Due Date, items important to review include:

  • Billing address and Recipient. Is this your current address? Is the Recipient the name of the person responsible (group contact) for submitting changes and adjusting the statement?

Reminder: Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Notices

As a participating CoverTN employer, you are required to fund both your third and your employee’s third of the required premium through the bank draft process. The State pays the final third. You must withhold your employee’s third through payroll deduction.
