from us.

- Preferred Method of Contact – What is your preferred method of contact? Email, telephone or U.S. mail? Although some communications may not be available through your preferred method of contact, we will do our best to contact you in the manner of your choice.
- Contact Preference Time – When necessary for us to reach you by phone, we would like to try to contact you at your convenience, morning, afternoon or evening.
- Preferred Language – BlueCross realizes Tennesseans represent an increasingly diverse population of ethnicities. We would like to know what language you speak at home.
