This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to all users of BCBST.com, including but not limited to healthcare providers, office administrators, healthplan administrators, brokers, employers and healthplan members, whether registered users or guest users.

BCBST is serious about protecting our members' privacy, and this level of encryption is an industry standard for the type of information we are exchanging.
