BlueCross partnered with Availity to enhance our online tools and to offer our providers a wider range of web-based products and services. Availity offers a multi-payer portal solution that gives physicians, hospitals and other health care providers secure access to multiple payers’ information through a single sign-on with BlueCross and other participating health care plans.
Starting Dec. 10, 2017, you can begin using the Availity Provider Portal to check eligibility and benefits, request claim status and view remittance advices plus BlueCross-specific features through Availity. Click here for additional information about the BlueCross-specific features and how to register with Availity. You may also want to share this Availity information with any Third Party Billing Agent acting on your behalf.
Learn more about BlueCross-specific features like the payer space, which lets you see updates from BlueCross and use other applications. For example, you’ll use the payer space when you visit our Quality Care Rewards tool.
