BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee uses a clinical editing database. The clinical editing rationale supporting this database is provided here to assist you in understanding the rationale behind certain code pairs in the database.

) documents are large and total more than 100 pages in some instances. These tips will help you locate and print just the specific information you need:
Finding text: Use the Find command to find a complete word, part of a word, a phrase, or code in the open PDF document. Choose the Edit option and select Find, or click the binoculars icon on the toolbar.
Printing sections of PDF documents: You can specify a range of pages to print, random pages to print (such as 1, 3, and 9) or a particular page area to print. Choose the File option and select Print. In the Print Range section, select the specific page you are viewing or the page numbers you want to print, and click OK.
