BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, an independent licensee of the BlueCross BlueShield Association, along with the BlueCross BlueShield Association and more than 20 other BCBS Plans, recently settled a national class action lawsuit, Love et al. v. Blue Cross Blue Shield Association et al., with physician representatives to resolve business disagreements regarding routine billing practices and claim issues. 

The settlement agreement resolved issues related to billing requirements and physician contracts.  BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is committed to open communication and collaboration with our physicians.
