BlueCross and BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST) established the Billing Dispute External Review Process for class members disputing coding and payment methodologies.  Physicians and physician groups covered by the settlement may submit billing disputes as defined and directed in the Thomas/Love Settlement Agreement to  MES Solutions  after exhausting BCBST’s internal appeals process.
