Review your monthly statement of account

Review your monthly statement of account from CoverTN for accuracy and make changes in a timely manner.

Besides the Due Date, items important to review include:

  • Billing address and Recipient. Is this your current address? Is the Recipient the name of the person responsible (group contact) for submitting changes and adjusting the statement? If changes need to be made, contact CoverTN Member Services.
  • Current member details. This lists each member, his/her identification number, type of coverage, plan ID and premium amount. Is there someone who is no longer employed by your company? Are there new employees that need to apply? Contact CoverTN Member Services if you need to make changes.
