Finding In-Network Providers

While most providers will notify their patients if they leave our networks, members should always make sure their doctor is in Network V before they make their next visit.

Even if the provider was participating when the member made their appointment, they should re-check their network status before receiving services.

Direct your employees to to find network providers:

  • You'll see Find a Doctor on the opening page.

  • Click on Begin Your Search. Follow the on-screen directions.
  • Type in the home ZIP code.
  • Choose CoverTN/Network V.
  • Choose the type of provider.

If you or your covered employees have questions not answered on or need help finding a provider, please call Member Services.

Remember: using in-network doctors will help your covered employees save money!
