Sign Up for Protection
To sign up or renew, log in to BlueAccess and click on Benefits & Coverage, then Identity Protection Services. To create your account with Experian, you’ll need to have your BlueCross Member ID card and other personal information ready
How Enrollment Works
After you’ve signed up, your identity protection service will cover you for 12 months. Experian will let you know when your service is about to expire. When that happens, you can renew your service by logging in to BlueAccessSM.
