What's New?

The first time you log in to BlueAccess you can set up your payment preferences using your preferred bank account.

From there, you can set up an automatic monthly payment from your checking account, as well as:

  • Store and use multiple bank accounts
  • Schedule one-time payments within 30 days of the due date
  • Cancel scheduled payments
  • View your payment history
myBlueTN
You can also use the myBlue TNSM app to pay your premium.

When is my premium due?
Your premium is due on the first day of the month, which includes holidays and weekends.
 
 
How can I make a payment?

On our website – Make a payment by debit or e-check by signing in to your BlueAccess account from your desktop computer or your smartphone. If you don’t have an account, you can register and set one up.

To make a one-time payment or set up automated monthly payments, select Make Payment and follow the steps.

By phone – Call the number on your billing statement Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (ET) or call us at 1-855-484-0282, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

By mail – Send a check* for the full premium amount to the address on your billing statement. If you do not have a billing statement, please call 1-855-484-0282.

In person – If you are in Nashville, stop by our Blue of TennesseeSM center at 100 Oaks Mall.

Through the mobile app – Download the myBlue TN app to make payments with your smart phone.

*Be sure to write your Subscriber ID on your check. Your Subscriber ID is on your billing statement, your Member ID card or within BlueAccess on the My Account/My Contact Info page.

 
 
Why can’t I use a credit card?
Due to the rise in credit card processing fees, we’re only accepting debit cards, electronic checks and automatic monthly payments. We believe in being good stewards of your premium dollars, and this change will help keep costs under control. We’re sorry if this creates any frustration for you.
 
 
How do I set up automatic monthly payments?

You can set up your automatic monthly payment in three easy steps:

Step 1: Enter your payment information into the new system.
Step 2: Click on the Payments tab.
Step 3:Choose the Recurring button and fill out the form.

Note: If you’ve previously set up automatic payments, you won’t need to re-enter your bank account information.
