As a reminder, be sure to pay your invoice in full by the due date listed on your bill to avoid delinquency and cancellation consequences. While you have a 31-day grace period to pay your premium, if payment is not received by the due date we may suspend payments to providers rendering services to you or your covered dependents during the grace period.
If you pay the premium during the grace period, coverage for you and your covered dependants will continue and claims for covered services incurred during this time will be honored. If you do not pay the premium in full during the grace period, your coverage will terminate retroactive to the premium due date.
