Clinical Indications added/removed the following:
   
  Ashkenazi Jewish genetic carrier panel testing may be indicated when...
  • Individual to be tested is of Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry [and of reproductive age and 1 or more of the following:
    • Preconception screening(male or female)
    • Pregnant women] *
  • ...
  • Genetic counseling has been performed
