More Electronic Communication Options On the Way for Members

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is introducing several new electronic communication options to members who have already elected to receive their explanation of benefits (EOB) notices via e-mail. These members will be the first to receive new e-mail notifications as they become available.

Many members prefer receiving their notices by e-mail because they are able to review notices more quickly, instantly file them on their computer and save a few trees in the process.

New notifications will be sent to the same e-mail address the members provided for their EOB notifications. Members can update their electronic communication preferences any time at bcbst.com and logging into BlueAccess.
