As part of the day to day business operations of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST), including operation of the BCBST web site, we receive and maintain certain information regarding our subscribers and members.

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to all users of BCBST.com, including but not limited to healthcare providers, office administrators, healthplan administrators, brokers, employers and healthplan members, whether registered users or guest users.

To protect you and your personal health information, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee requires a browser with 128-bit encryption strength in order to access the secure parts of our site. BCBST is serious about protecting our members' privacy, and this level of encryption is an industry standard for the type of information we are exchanging.
