EyeMed Replaces Davis Vision as BluePerks Vendor

BluePerks welcomes EyeMed as the new vision vendor Inline Image under the umbrella of special discounts available only to BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee members. EyeMed, which replaces Davis Vision, maintains a large national network of providers including national chains: LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Target, Sears and JCPenney.

Members can save approximately 35% off complete pairs of eyeglasses, 15% off conventional contact lenses and pay only $50 for a routine eye exam when they present their member ID card at a participating provider. Members will receive a letter about the new vendor and the great discounts available for your group’s employees.
