We offer three levels of plans

Bronze
If you don’t go to the doctor often or have many prescriptions, this may be a good plan for you. While the cost for getting care is higher, you will pay less each month. All our Bronze plans are compatible with a health saving account (HSA) which lets you set aside pre-tax money to pay for health care expenses.
Silver
This level offers more of a balance between what you’ll pay each month and your costs when you get care. It’s also the plan to get if you have financial help.
Gold
If you go to the doctor often or have multiple prescriptions, this may be a good plan for you. You’ll pay a little more each month for more coverage, which means you will pay less for care.

Call us or your broker or go to bcbst.com/softheon to see if you qualify, and if so, for how much.
If you already have one of our Marketplace plans, make sure you're getting the largest subsidy you qualify for by updating your financial information at HealthCare.gov. -
What are the out-of-pocket costs for each plan?
Out-of-pocket costs are the expenses for your health care that your insurance doesn't cover. This can include things like deductibles, coinsurance, copayments and other services.

What does "deductible/coinsurance" mean?
Deductible: The amount you pay each year before your health plan begins paying.
Coinsurance: The percentage of costs for care that you'll pay - usually after you've paid your deductible.
