Welcome to BlueAccess – your online source for claims and benefit information. With BlueAccess, you can see the same up-to-date information we see – right on your computer or smart device, any time, day or night.

Enrolling is easy, but you’ll need to have some information ready before you start.

Register as a:

Member

If you have a BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee health plan, you’ll register as a member.

Have questions about benefits or need to check if a claim has been paid? BlueAccess is here for you! You can also monitor your balances, see a copy of your Member ID card and view or print an Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

Employer

If you’re an employer with a BlueCross health plan, you’ll need to request a personal identification number (PIN) from us so you can register. Then, you can use BlueAccess to enroll new employees in your plan, remove employees or make changes to their information, and view or print bills.

Broker

If you’re a broker, you can use BlueAccess to check on applications, view reports and other secure documents, and even order or customize your own pre-approved advertising and marketing materials.

Provider

BlueAccess for providers is no longer available. To access Eligibility and Benefits, Claim Status, Prior Authorizations and other applications for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee please visit www.availity.com.
