Our Well+Wise suite of products offers a vast array of products, programs, tools and services covering not only wellness, but an integrated approach for our members to total health and wellness along the care continuum. The new Well+Wise overview brochure provides a clear, concise overview that’s easy to follow.
The "menu-style" format provides a brief, yet comprehensive, view of our Well+Wise offerings. We've separated the offerings into the four distinct categories of Wellness, Lifestyle, Chronic and Care Management/Catastrophic. Each item is accompanied with a brief description of that program or service.
This single brochure includes the offerings for both our fully insured and self-funded business and provides you and your groups with the most comprehensive summary of our Well+Wise programs.
