Easier, More Efficient Process for Submitting EGAs, RRFs and Binder Checks
BlueCross has taken another step to make it easier for you to do business with us. With electronic submission of Employer Group Applications (EGA) and Renewal Response Forms (RRF) you can file forms faster and more efficiently – eliminating handwriting and omission errors and allowing electronic signatures.
You don’t have to be technologically savvy to complete the forms. The user-friendly format:
- Easily guides you through the process with questions and drop-down menus
- Allows you to preview a draft at any time
- Gives you a summary tool that indicates missing information and errors
There is also a new option that gives groups the opportunity to submit the first month’s premium payment or binder check with the EGA. You’ll find it under the First Month’s Premium tab.
The forms are easy to access through BlueWizard®, or you can contact your BlueCross sales or account executive who can provide you with a link to either form. The electronic EGA can be used for fully insured groups of any size, even if you access the form on BlueWizard. The RRF is currently available for only fully insured groups of 2-150.
Our goal is that all future EGAs and RRFs (groups 2-150) will be submitted electronically. If you have questions, please contact your BlueCross sales or account executive.
